Our Couples Activity Kit includes a couples vision board activity, a fun relationship-building game called Couple’s Pursuit, and a couples journal. The journal is available as a 22-page PDF, or as a shared Google Doc. It’s a great supplement for therapists, and is consistent with evidence-based therapies like Gottman Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
As a professional, you can share these resources privately with your own clients for no extra charge. Work through the prompts in the journal in session, or assign them as homework.
